Access by Membership
When joining Mountain Spirit you are looking at an initial investment ranging from $50,000.00-$100,000.00 depending on which membership you choose. With a yearly dues covering maintenance of the river, land and lodging, costing you $7000.00 or $8000.00 depending on which membership you choose. There is a nominal day rate, billed at a per room basis rather than a per day basis. Unlike many “clubs” in the U.S. today Mountain Spirit is available to you and yours 365 days a year. This can allow you to enjoy all of Colorado’s seasons and activities. Professional instruction and guide services are available 24/7. It is an all inclusive experience, 5 star cuisine paired with a premium bar, every detail is covered.
The single most important thing to consider when becoming a member is your quality of time. You will no longer have to spend your precious time on vacation worrying about minor maintenance, shopping for your food, forgot your fly rod…we have one. You left your shotgun at home and want to hunt pheasant…we have one. Need to spend a romantic weekend in the mountains…we can do that as well.
Ownership
Now let’s look at purchasing a few different properties currently available in the market today, places that can serve as a retreat for your friends and family. As you can see, if you are seeking to gain any significant amount of private waters your initial investment in a standard offer of putting 25% down ranges from $437,500.00-$1,187,500.00 with an annual operating expense (taxes, debt service, maintenance, utilities) well over $100,000.00.
Now again we must look at your quality of time. When you arrive you find your pipes broken, need to call a plumber. Your power is off, electric bill slipped through the cracks.
